Project-managed the full lifecycle of sourcing manufacturing machinery from Asia until delivery and installation at our client’s South American site. Our multilingual Asia staff coordinated with multiple suppliers to align delivery with the construction schedule. Through institutional banking partners we mitigated FX risk on payments to manufacturers in local currencies.
